In 2025, Bell SteelTech SRL strengthened its industry leadership through the strategic acquisition of heavy equipment attachment projects for excavators, backhoes, and front loaders from IMEC AMC SRL. This equipment guarantees uniformity across high-volume production runs, while supplementary manual plasma cutters provide flexibility for intricate, custom designs. Together, these tools enable us to deliver flawlessly cut components that align with exact client specifications, every time.
Automated Structural Processing
For steel bars, pipes, and structural profiles, our automated cutting systems combine speed with precision. A fully programmable CNC cutting line ensures repeatable accuracy across large-scale projects, minimizing material waste and maximizing efficiency. This automation allows us to maintain tight tolerances even under demanding deadlines, ensuring structural components meet rigorous quality standards.
High-Capacity Forming Technology
Our CNC press brake, engineered for heavy-duty bending operations, shapes steel with a high level precision. Surface Preparation & Finishing
Prior to painting, manual grinders meticulously remove welding imperfections, creating smooth surfaces primed for adhesion. Our industrial paint booth, equipped with electrostatic and air-assist technologies, applies finishes with uniform coverage and durability. This rigorous preparation ensures coatings withstand harsh environments while maintaining a professional aesthetic.
