Abroll Skip Containers: Efficient, Customizable Solutions for Waste Handling

Abroll Skip Containers are heavy-duty, open-top containers designed for the collection and transport of waste, construction debris, and recyclable materials. Engineered in accordance with DIN 30720, these containers are compatible with skip-loader trucks, ensuring seamless integration into waste management workflows for municipalities, construction sites, and industrial facilities.

The containers are fabricated using durable steel grades such as S235, S355, and Hardox, with wall thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 5mm, and floor thicknesses from 3mm to 6mm, tailored to client specifications and truck weight limitations. The structural framework is reinforced with 60x40x3 or 80x40x3mm rectangular pipes, providing rigidity and longevity even under heavy loads. Larger models (7 cubic meters and above) include additional reinforcements in the floor, walls, and hook systems to maintain structural integrity.

A customizable steel floor optimizes load distribution, while the open-top design allows for easy filling and rapid unloading. The containers are doorless by default, ensuring unimpeded access, but can be equipped with a frontal door and lockable lids for secure transport. Optional spring-assisted lid mechanisms reduce manual effort during opening, and integrated rubber seals prevent leakage of liquids or fine particulates.

Standard features include heavy-duty lifting hooks (S355 steel, Ø50mm) welded to the main frame for safe handling, and perimeter-mounted anchor rings for load securing. The design prioritizes simplicity, durability, and adaptability to meet diverse operational needs without compromising functionality.
